Event open to ACE Families only.

Parents must accompany students.

Help Make the Magic Happen at ACE

ACE PTA events happen because families help behind the scenes.

Volunteers help with setup, cleanup, supplies, decorations, check-in, planning, and event stations. Some jobs are at school. Some can be done from home.

You do not need PTA experience. Many behind-the-scenes jobs do not require Category 2 clearance.

Even small engagement can make a difference.

The more families help in small ways, the more ACE PTA can do for our students, teachers, and school community.

You do not have to volunteer to join ACE PTA, but if you can help this year, we would love to hear from you.

SEPTEMBER: Howlapalooza Coyote Run (School fun run and primary fundraiser)

OCTOBER: Coyote Splash Off (Dunk Mrs. P! fundraising prizes) & Fall Carnival (Trunk-or-treat and seasonal fun)

NOVEMBER: Diwali (Paint-your-own oil lamp crafts) & Ruby Bridges Walk to School (Promoting equality and inclusivity)

DECEMBER: Holiday Classroom Visits (Spreading winter joy with candy canes)

FEBRUARY: STEAM Night (Interactive Science, Tech, Engineering, Art, and Math exhibits)

MARCH: Multicultural Night (Campus-wide celebration of our diverse cultures)

MAY: Staff Appreciation Week (Pampering our incredible staff) & ACE-Chella (End-of-year outdoor festival and foam party)
